Introduction
The specific objectives of this WP are:
To develop learning content for remote work-related jobs (learning modules, texts, multimedia).
To establish a digital library for resources related to remote work (web).
To develop starter kits for remote educators, managers, workers (digital packages).

This activity complements the activities and results of Work Package 2 (WP 2) - Skill gap analysis and remote competencies matrix, aiming at identifying the skill gap regarding remote work skills, and Training methodology design, by determining trends and needs in the market of e-courses that are used for the development of competencies in the field of remote work.
This activity is performed before creating learning content for Virtual Edu training intended for remote educators, remote managers, remote workers and remote trainers.
