"Remote Work Ready" certification/badge is an entry level certification for organizations.
How to get it?
Check the requirements:
Remote Work Days: Employees can work remotely (on average) at least 1 day per week.
Basic Equipment: The company provides or subsidize laptop, headset, and tech support.
Safe Home Setup: Employees have a quiet and safe workspace at home.
Core Tools in Use: Employees use IT tools for video conferencing and collaboration.
Intro Training: Employees receive on-boarding for remote tools.
Check-ins & Hours: There are clear guidelines for employees (remote) check-ins and availability.
Training: There is at least one HR, project lead or employee that has completed one of VirtualEdu courses on a basic level (Remote Educator, Remote Manager, Remote Worker*).

"Remote Work Friendly" certification/badge is a next level certification for organizations.
How to get it?
Check the requirements:
Basics: RWR (level 1) certification obtained.
Extended Remote Days: The share of employees that have a possibility to work remotely 5 days/week is above 50%.
Home Office Support: Your company provides a stipend or ergonomic support for remote setups (desk, chair, lighting).
Certified Workforce: ≥50% of employees or team leads is certified in one of the VirtualEdu advanced training (Remote Educator, Remote Worker, Remote Manager)*.
Advanced Training & Development: Your company offers additional programs for remote productivity, leadership, or well-being.
Remote Culture Initiatives: Your company offers specific activities that support team connection, inclusion, and mental health.
Feedback & Improvement: Your company runs an annual remote-work satisfaction survey and performs improvements based on the results.
Requirements should be supported by evidences, such as organization's documents, records and testimonies.
